Through a dynamic portfolio of 10 core projects and 5 supporting initiatives, the organization operates across critical sectors like agriculture, education, infrastructure, governance, and trade. Each project is designed to empower communities, foster regional collaboration, and drive long-term resilience.
As the operational arm of a broader ecosystem that includes the Unity Center of Excellence (UCE), African Unity 2063 ensures that every initiative is grounded in cutting-edge research and expertise. About the Global Social Equity Alliance (GSEA)
African Unity 2063 is part of The Global Social Equity Alliance (GSEA) which is a transformative platform committed to addressing global disparities and fostering equitable development through innovative solutions and collaborative efforts. Rooted in the principles of sustainability, inclusivity, and empowerment, GSEA serves as the overarching framework uniting four distinct organizations, each with a specialized focus that contributes to a shared vision for equity and progress.
Unity Center of Excellence
The research and innovation arm of GSEA, UCE supports African Unity 2063 by providing region-specific insights, cutting-edge methodologies, and practical solutions. With 18 specialized Centers of Excellence, UCE bridges the gap between knowledge and action, ensuring that every project is backed by evidence-based strategies for maximum impact.
Unity Academy Center of Excellence
Dedicated to academia and higher learning, UACE collaborates with UCE to operate 18 advanced programs that align with the Centers of Excellence. By fostering research, nurturing talent, and developing innovative curricula, UACE builds the intellectual foundation necessary for sustainable development.
Agenda for Social Equity 2074
Inspired by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, AfSE 2074 establishes the Social Global Goals (SGG)—a forward-thinking framework of 17 goals designed to address inequities and build a more inclusive future. AfSE 2074 serves as the foundation for GSEA’s global mission, providing a roadmap for transformative change over the next five decades.
